RETURNS, EXCHANGE, DAMAGED ITEMS, CANCELLATIONS, MISSING ORDERS
POLICY

- Returns & Exchanges -

 We are happy to process your return or exchange promptly.

 REFUND
*For a full refund, please make sure to returns items within 15 days from the date of purchase . We will accept returns on the products that have not been used and are in sale-able condition. All items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging. NO REFUND IF any item is missing, or damaged, or used.
* We wont refund shipping and handling fees. The shipping costs are non-refundable.
*You will be responsible for return shipping fees.
* For all kinds of dry soap bars 15% restocking fee will apply.
*Please allow up to 10 days for us to receive your return and process your request. Once your return is processed, we will send an email or give you a call with confirmation of your credit, exchange shipment or arrange for payment
.*If you received a free gift with an order that you decide to return, please also return the free gift as well. If the free gift is not returned with the order, it's value will be deducted from the overall return.

 EXCHANGE
*We accept exchanges within 15 days from the date of purchase. All items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging. NO EXCHANGES on items that are damaged or used.
*You will be responsible for any shipping fees.

 DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS:
*If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of your package. Then call us within one week of receipt, or one week from when you were supposed to receive it and we will gladly handle all of the claim paperwork and help to get you a refund or replacement. PLEASE NOTE: The actual hand crafted artisan soap bar may vary in color, texture, weight, and artistic expression, which is the trademark of handcrafted small batch soap making. Therefore it is not considered damaged

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Be sure to double check your address. If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.

 ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations, as well as additions and changes to orders can only be accepted within 12 hour of order placement. If your order has already been packed for shipment we will gladly assist you in placing a new separate order for the additional items. Orders that are cancelled after packing for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please email your changes as soon as possible to orderchange@spauptown.com.
